June Tune-Up: it’s on!!
I’ve partnered up with Adah from Plain Ole Grandma is Losing It (love her candor!) for this challenge and we are on fire for it! We’re both more than ready to say au revoir to several pounds, bienvenue to mayhap a smaller clothing size, and mission accomplie to one another at the end of the month.
But we have goals that have nothing to do with the number on the scale or on the tag inside our clothing. Mine? Funny you should ask!
- Eat a Salad-A-Day! Angela at Oh She Glows is hosting a Salad-A-Day challenge for the month of June. I’m looking to up my nutrition and expand my salad repertoire.
- Walk at least 30 minutes (2 miles) a day. Every day. Rain. Shine. Good days. Bad days. Days when I have all the time in the world. Days when I can’t afford to take the time but will anyway.
- Try one new exercise/activity that pushes me outside my comfort zone. What will it be? I have no idea. But by the end of the month, I’ll try something. Knowing my comfort zone, it will probably involve either heights or taking part in a group activity, both of which make me sick to my stomach just to think about.
