I’m okay with that. It’s been (slightly) less than a week, the weather has been shite, and I’m having serious, serious sleep issues. The fact that I’m not curled up under a blanket on the couch with a jar of peanut butter and a spoon is a serious win in my book.
My plan for the coming week? Move more, eat as healthfully as I can, sleep. And you?
